Once the surface has been cleaned, sealing can be applied. If your area to be washed is a hard surface (e.g. driveway), and lichen ("black spot") can be very tough to remove and pressure washing alone is ineffective, we treat it with Sodium Hypochlorite 15% Grade (moss, algae, lichen remover), diluted.

When pressure washing is a block paved area, we recommend applying kiln dried sand. This makes a significant difference to the finish, making the area look as new as the day it was laid!
